Superior AI Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a website design, automation, and AI implementation service based in Munising, Michigan, serving small businesses across the Upper Peninsula. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, superioraisolutions.org, and any services described on it. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
We build websites, set up e-commerce stores, and configure automation and AI tools (such as review-response systems, voice agents, and workflow automation) for individual clients. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for any project are defined in a separate written agreement or quote signed by both parties. These Terms apply generally to our website and communications; the signed project agreement governs the actual work performed.
Each client engagement is documented in a written build agreement or quote, signed by both parties, outlining project scope, cost, and payment terms. Retainer services (ongoing maintenance, automation upkeep, etc.) are billed monthly as specified in that agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote — pricing shown is illustrative and actual costs are confirmed in writing before work begins.
All automation and AI-driven systems we build include a human-in-the-loop step by design — meaning automated actions (such as draft messages, review responses, or scheduling) are reviewed by a person before anything is finalized or sent, unless a client explicitly requests and agrees in writing to remove that step for a specific workflow. This is a deliberate part of how we build, not a limitation of the technology.
Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the website files, content, and configured automations built specifically for them, except for any third-party platforms, licenses, or tools (such as Shopify, hosting, or software subscriptions) which remain governed by those providers' own terms. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
We build tools designed to help your business get found online and run more efficiently, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes — such as search rankings, sales volume, or customer response rates — since these depend on many factors outside our control.
Our work often integrates third-party platforms (for example: Shopify, Netlify, Google Business Profile, n8n, ElevenLabs, or Twilio). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior AI Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or any automation we configure, including outages, third-party service disruptions, or business losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
